To open an account with 11lab, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 11lab may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any time.

• Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if verification is not completed.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be treated as fraud.

11lab supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are currently available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. A different method may require additional verification.

• Daily withdrawal limit is capped at ৳ 50,000 (prior to account verification).
• Verified accounts are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
• 11lab reserves the right to suspend any transaction if money laundering is suspected.

11lab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. General bonus policy is as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonus balance not used within 30 days will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

Participation in 11lab's Sports Betting and casino games sections requires adherence to certain fundamental rules. These rules apply equally to all users and are in place to ensure fair gaming.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 11lab reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match fixing or score manipulation will be voided.
• 11lab will not be held liable for disconnections during live betting.
• All games are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system — results are completely random.
• Using software or bots to operate games is strictly prohibited.

Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final — any subsequent changes will not apply.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a 24 to 72-hour break whenever you feel you're playing too much.
• Reality Check: You can receive regular reminders while playing games.
